Job Description:

We are currently working with an innovative and unique orthopaedic-based organisation, focused on arthroplasty and revision-related products. They are embarking on an ambitious growth strategy which will allow development for those joining now.

We are looking for an Account Manager focused on South West England.

This role will focus on regional growth within the assigned territory.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

These include, but are not limited to:

• Promoting all products within the nominated UK territory as agreed with the Regional Sales Manager
• Attending surgeries and supporting theatre and hospital staff as required
• Providing weekly visit reports on accounts visited
• Maintaining records of account contact history
• Coordinating with the area manager on cases requiring clinical support
• Collaborating with the clinical support specialist on post-sales requirements
• Working with Customer Services on hospital requirements for short-term consignments and account management
• Providing customer feedback, especially regarding post-marketing surveillance and market intelligence

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Well presented
• Able to build effective relationships

Skills and experience:

• Proven track record in orthopaedic theatre sales and support within the medical device sector
• Demonstrated achievement of sales targets
• Experience managing own territory
• Full UK driving license (preferably clean)
• Orthopaedic experience

Education and qualifications:

• Degree or Medical qualification
