Job Summary:

The Account Manager will be the primary day-to-day contact for clients, managing relationships and overseeing multiple medium-sized projects. You will lead project execution, coach junior team members, and ensure effective delivery alongside the account lead.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing client relationships, providing updates, responding to queries, and managing expectations.
• Overseeing the management of your account's processes, including team meetings, content review, task delegation, and project status monitoring.
• Ensuring medium-sized projects are delivered to high standards within budget and timelines.
• Understanding client needs and preferences, and reflecting these in your work.
• Developing written content and reviewing junior team members' work.
• Identifying growth opportunities and contributing to new business efforts.

Team Management:

• Monitoring junior team members' development.
• Developing coaching, delegation, and briefing skills.
