Job summary

CEVA Logistics is expanding its Finished Vehicle Logistics team in Banbury and seeks commercially minded professionals with Mandarin language skills to manage key accounts. You will work with international customers and operations to understand requirements, coordinate service delivery and maintain commercial oversight.

At CEVA Logistics, our Finished Vehicle Logistics business supports automotive manufacturers with the storage, preparation and movement of vehicles, alongside services for demonstration and press fleets.

As our automotive customer base grows, we’re looking to connect with commercially minded account management and sales professionals with Mandarin language skills to help strengthen our customer partnerships and support further growth.

Working with international customers and operational teams, you would manage complex accounts, understand customer requirements and coordinate service delivery. You would also maintain commercial oversight, lead performance reviews and identify opportunities to expand the services CEVA provides.

• Strong Mandarin and English communication skills.
• Sales or account management experience.
• Experience managing complex customer accounts or services across international markets.
• Commercial awareness and confidence working with stakeholders across teams and locations.

Automotive experience isn’t essential - we can help you develop that knowledge. We’re looking for people who understand their customers, take ownership of service performance and turn customer requirements into practical solutions.
