About the Company

Our client is a London‑based Public Relations and Digital Marketing Consultancy established in 2012. The firm specializes in media relations, digital communications, content creation, crisis management, and stakeholder engagement, serving clients across fintech, property, healthcare, ESG and financial services. With a team of experienced communications professionals, the company offers bespoke solutions and a collaborative approach that ensures clients are involved and informed throughout the process.

Role

This position focuses on general media relations, corporate PR, and digital marketing. Experience with Canva, graphic creation, and social media is preferable. The role will provide a comprehensive introduction to PR and digital marketing, including research, media data management, account support, report drafting, and media liaison.

Responsibilities
  • Pitch to media and secure positive coverage opportunities for clients.
  • Build trust and maintain client relationships through regular meetings.
  • Draft long‑ and short‑form content, including opinion articles, blogs, and social media posts, supporting SEO initiatives.
  • Assist in developing proposals for new business opportunities.
  • Monitor social media: run Twitter feeds, manage LinkedIn profiles and groups, and update online presence.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, English, History, Communications/Media, Politics, or a related field from a Russell Group university.
  • Strong writing skills across releases, media content, and other formats.
  • Understanding of financial and professional services industries.
  • Knowledge of media, social, and economic trends and their impact on client business.
  • Integrity, ambition for rapid career growth, and proactive, flexible teamwork.
  • Experience in business, finance, or technology preferred.
Compensation

Account Executives: £30,000 – £36,000 per annum.
Account Managers: £36,000 – £42,000 per annum.
Commission: 7.5% of the client’s monthly fee for the first year of each new client referral.
Discretionary bonus based on business performance and individual contribution.
Share‑option scheme available to team members after one year.
