Job description

As the Digital Performance Account Manager, you will manage the daily operations for the Halfords and LNER accounts by translating objectives into actionable media deliverables and ensuring high-quality performance campaigns that align with broader communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Digital campaign activities, ensuring integration with overall media strategies.
  • Develop coherent planning recommendations and confidently challenge briefs and timelines.
  • Collaborate with specialists for cohesive performance campaigns and optimize campaign performance based on data insights.
  • Build strong relationships internally and externally while creating compelling narratives for clients.
  • Experience: In digital performance, with knowledge of channels like Paid Search, SEO, and Programmatic Display; familiarity with ATL channels preferred.
  • Analytical Skills:Strong proficiency in evaluating digital performance and using measurement tools.
  • Media Knowledge:Deep understanding of media planning and buying processes in retail.
  • Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for relationship building.
  • Passion:A drive for marketing excellence and innovative solutions.

Flexible Working

At Omnicom Media Group, we are committed to supporting flexibility for our peoplewhile fostering collaboration, innovation, and teamwork. We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
