About the role

The successful candidate will enjoy a degree of independence and is expected to execute proactively against assigned projects. Finecast is looking for a mature, self-starting candidate for this role.

The four primary functions of the role are:

  1. Work in collaboration with SAM and AM to service agencies and complete internal projects
  2. Client development and business growth
  3. Campaign design, launch, and delivery
  4. Overall delivery of exceptional client service

About you

The candidate should have experience in Account Management, Campaign Planning, and Campaign Delivery, preferably with a background in AV. They should demonstrate:

  • Understanding of the AV space, including strategic decision-making in campaign planning with senior agency planners and clients
  • Ability to work independently with limited input once objectives are set
  • Agency or account management experience
  • Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities with clients
  • Personable, clear communicator, assertive with internal and external parties
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail in media booking, finance, and delivery
  • Resilience and energy
  • Initiative and personal ownership
  • Commitment to team and personal goals
  • Focus and perspective
  • Knowledge of AV landscape, especially VOD and Addressable TV
  • Proven track record in client satisfaction
  • Ability to develop long-term relationships with agencies and clients
  • Understanding of AV media market, dynamics, and competition
  • Experience managing campaigns to meet KPIs
  • Proficiency in sales pipeline management and revenue forecasting
  • Awareness of data application to access brand audiences
