You'll handle project administration, ensure clear and timely communication, manage timelines, and help align client expectations with internal teams across multiple projects.

• Fluent in Czech with communicative English.

Responsibilities

• Work with project briefs, study requirements, identify gaps, and clarify with the client before internal solutions.
• Provide administrative support for project management and requests.
• Communicate expectations and requirements clearly to the team and client.
• Coordinate and manage project execution from small to mid-size.
• Identify issues early and report to colleagues or clients as needed.
• Plan and coordinate project timelines.
• Present proposals and recommendations to the client.
• Regularly evaluate projects and look for areas to improve.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth cross-team communication.
