WPP Media in the UK is looking for an Account Manager to join our Client Services team on a fixed-term basis. You will lead campaign delivery, build strong client relationships, and support the wider team to deliver exceptional results.
You will work in a hybrid setup with offices in the UK, contributing to campaign planning, billing processes, and cross-functional collaboration. A strong background in digital media and client service is essential.

The Client Services team is responsible for creating the conditions by which our clients love our work. We do this by building trust and exerting influence through deeper, more strategic relationships with our clients, and by driving, leading and owning the campaign delivery process. We also foster a culture of support and encouragement internally.
Account Managers are responsible for executing the campaign delivery process and providing daily support to the wider account team. They are expected to develop working relationships with their clients and become the lead contact for some campaigns. They may start to develop their line management skills by directly line managing up to one team member.
