The Onlii Ltd. is seeking an Account Manager in Leeds to lead day-to-day client delivery, manage timelines and budgets, and maintain strong client relationships.

You will write briefs, coordinate with internal teams, and guide Account Executives to deliver projects on schedule. As a purpose-led agency, you will work within our Responsible Creative framework and contribute to a high-performing Client Services & Operations team.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in an agency or client-side marketing environment.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently from brief through to delivery.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and financial records.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients across your projects.
• Lead the management of client projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Write clear, well-informed Creative briefs for the Creative and Artwork teams.
• Coordinate and lead client status meetings, setting clear agendas, recording actions and following through.
• Manage multiple project timelines simultaneously and keep all parties informed of progress.
• Identify and flag scope creep, risks and budget issues promptly and escalat where appropriate.
