Job summary

BaxterStorey, a leading hospitality provider in the Thames Valley, seeks an experienced Account Manager to lead four workplace dining locations across Slough, Staines, Bracknell and Reading. You will drive financial performance, client satisfaction and team engagement across the portfolio.

This hands-on leader will balance strategic thinking with operational excellence to deliver exceptional food and service experiences, building trusted client relationships and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a multi-site hospitality, catering or facilities management role.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L.
• Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational support.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Account Manager to lead a portfolio of four commercial workplace dining and hospitality locations across the Thames Valley region. Managing 4 distinct contracts with a combined annual turnover of approximately £3 million, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, client satisfaction, and team engagement across the portfolio

This is an opportunity for a hands‑on, forward‑thinking leader who can bring energy and creativity to the operation while delivering strong commercial performance. You’ll lead a talented team, build trusted client relationships and constantly look for new ways to make the customer experience even better.
