Job summary

BaxterStorey is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead four Thames Valley sites across Slough, Staines, Bracknell and Reading. You will drive commercial performance, client satisfaction and team engagement while delivering exceptional food and service across three contracts with a combined turnover around £3 million.

We are looking for a hands-on leader with strong relationship building, financial acumen and the ability to inspire teams to excel in a multi-site hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a multi-site hospitality, catering or facilities management role.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L performance.
• Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational support.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Full UK driving licence is essential due to multi-site nature.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Account Manager to lead a portfolio of four commercial workplace dining and hospitality locations across the Thames Valley region. Managing 4 distinct contracts with a combined annual turnover of approximately £3 million, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, client satisfaction, and team engagement across the portfolio. This is an opportunity for a hands‑on, forward‑thinking leader who can bring energy and creativity to the operation while delivering strong commercial performance. You’ll lead a talented team, build trusted client relationships and constantly look for new ways to make the customer experience even better.
