We deliver tailored consultancy, penetration testing, and managed services to protect against today's ever-evolving cyber threats. As we grow, we’re looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our high-performing Business Development team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to launch or build on their career in cybersecurity sales. As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for a blend of new business development (80%) and account management (20%) — gaining hands-on experience in technical sales, partner relationship building, and customer success.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build trusted relationships with business owners, IT managers, and technical stakeholders
  • Support our 200+ existing clients and uncover upsell opportunities
  • Engage with MSPs, consultancies, and IT resellers to grow our partner network
  • Use outreach techniques (phone, email, LinkedIn) to generate and qualify leads
  • Book appointments and demo sessions with prospects and partners
  • Become an expert in our consultancy and managed security offerings
  • Work with marketing to plan and execute sales campaigns
  • Track all activity and interactions in our CRM
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, threats, and competitors
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of sales or account management experience
  • Passion for sales and a strong desire to build a career in cyber security
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and hunger for growth
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organised, proactive, and a fast learner
