Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a senior leader in Glasgow to drive contract delivery across facilities management and security services. You will own budgets, ensure statutory compliance, and lead a collaborative, safety‑driven team delivering outstanding client outcomes.

You will cultivate strong customer relationships, champion continuous improvement, and steer a large delivery workforce to achieve excellence and value for the client.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a similar role for security or FM service provider.
• Senior management level experience running hard services and/or facilities management contracts.
• Excellent commercial and financial acumen.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong management skills and ability to lead large delivery teams.

Key Hiring Criteria

• Extensive experience working in a similar role for a Security or FM service provider (ideally within retail security)
• Extensive experience at the Senior Management level running hard services and/or facilities management contracts
• Excellent commercial and financial acumen
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively to a diverse stakeholder base
• Strong management skills and ability to form collaborative working relationships and communicate with a large and varied delivery team
