Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships through clear and proactive communication.
• Understand and manage label specifications, artwork requirements, compliance standards, and timelines.
• Work closely with internal teams – design, production, and logistics to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Prepare quotes, review pricing, and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Anticipate and resolve issues to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems and provide regular account reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in account management, ideally within labels, printing, packaging, or manufacturing.
• Good understanding of label production methods and industry practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong organisational ability and confidence managing multiple projects under pressure.
• Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with silk screen, digital, or offset printing.
• Worked with clients in sectors such as food & drink, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods.
• An interest in sustainability and eco‑friendly packaging trends.
