Job summary

Alexander James Recruitment is seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join a well-established specialist communications agency with an impressive portfolio across the UK and Europe. You will lead high-impact PR campaigns and deliver outstanding client service for leading names in the creative and design sectors.

You will own multiple retained client accounts, oversee campaigns from planning through to execution, and be the day-to-day contact to maximise opportunities and results.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in PR, communications or public relations.
• Strong media relations and pitching skills.
• Excellent writing and storytelling ability.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive, ideas-led approach and a genuine enthusiasm for identifying opportunities.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience mentoring junior team members would be advantageous.

The Role

As Account Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple retained client accounts, overseeing campaign delivery from planning through to execution. You'll be the day-to-day client contact, ensuring projects stay on track, opportunities are maximised, and results are delivered.
