Clover Talent is proud to be partnered with one of the UK’s leading IT Managed Service Providers, and we’re seeking ambitious and driven IT Account Managers to join their growing sales team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving new business across a wide range of IT solutions, including hardware, software licensing & solutions, managed IT services, and cloud & infrastructure services.
About The Role:
This is a new business-focused role where you'll be responsible for driving sales by reaching out to businesses across the UK. You'll proactively identify and pursue new opportunities, engaging with potential clients through a consultative and value-led approach. The role is sector-agnostic, allowing you to sell across various industries and tailor your outreach to different business types.
You'll sell a broad portfolio of IT products and services, including hardware, software, cloud solutions, and fully managed IT services; understanding each client's needs and providing the right solutions to support their business goals. Working closely with internal technical and pre-sales teams, you'll manage the full sales process from initial contact to closing and onboarding.
This is a highly target-driven role, with clear expectations around monthly gross profit generation. Success will be measured on your ability to meet or exceed targets, with rewards through a competitive, uncapped commission structure.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will already generate over £15,000 in monthly GP and have a proven track record in consultative IT sales within an MSP, reseller, or similar environment.
Proven experience in IT sales, ideally within an MSP or reseller
Strong understanding of IT products and services
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
A hunter mentality
