Purpose
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for outbound lead generation activity that creates new business opportunities for our clients. Your goal will be to generate interest, gather accurate project and decision-maker information, and facilitate quotation opportunities that help our clients grow their pipelines.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Engagement
• Make outbound calls to key construction professionals to promote the benefits of our clients’ products and services.
• Generate qualified leads and facilitate opportunities for clients to submit quotations.
• Identify and verify decision-makers and project details.
• Send follow-up emails and case studies to prospects.
• Achieve and exceed call and opportunity-generation KPIs.
• Ensure CRM systems are maintained accurately and efficiently.

Service Excellence
• Provide clear and persuasive communication to promote product value.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates of client interactions.
• Contribute to overall client satisfaction through a professional and positive approach.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
