Job summary

Konker in Alcester is seeking a Digital Account Manager to support a portfolio of clients with a mix of coordination, communication and relationship-building activities. The role focuses on day-to-day client contact, internal collaboration and ensuring smooth operational delivery within a growing marketing agency.

The ideal candidate will have marketing agency experience, be highly organised, and comfortable liaising with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has prior experience in a marketing agency (Account Executive, Junior Account Manager, Account Manager or Client Services).
• Highly organised, proactive and confident in communicating with clients and internal teams.
• Understanding of digital marketing would be beneficial, especially across Paid Media/SEO, though not delivering campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen client relationships, as the main point of contact for day-to-day communication for 3–4 clients.
• Coordinate client meetings, actions, follow-ups and internal communications.
• Collaborate with senior client leads and specialist teams to keep activity organized and on track.
• Assist with commercial administration including quotes, approvals, budgets and scope changes.
• Monitor client requests, deadlines and priorities, flagging issues early.
• Deliver a consistently positive client experience to foster long-term relationships and retention.

Are you an Account Executive looking to step up, or an established Account Manager looking for a new opportunity?

We're working with an ambitious marketing agency in Alcester looking for a Digital Account Manager to join their growing team.

This is a client-facing, coordination-focused position, supporting a portfolio of clients and working closely with senior team members to ensure communication, commercial administration and day-to-day operations run smoothly.

The agency is open to candidates at different levels, from ambitious Account Executives looking for progression through to experienced Account Managers who enjoy client relationships and operational coordination.

The Role:

• Support and build strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for day-to-day communication, 3/4 clients to begin with.
• Coordinate client meetings, actions, follow-ups and internal communication.
• Work closely with senior client leads and specialist teams to keep account activity organised and on track.
• Support commercial administration, including quotes, approvals, budgets and scope changes.

Your Profile:

You'll ideally have previous experience working within a marketing agency, whether that's in an Account Executive, Junior Account Manager, Account Manager or Client Services position.

You'll be highly organised, proactive and confident communicating with both clients and internal teams.

An understanding of digital marketing would be beneficial, particularly across Paid Media, SEO or wider performance marketing, although you won't be responsible for delivering campaigns yourself.

You'll have good commercial awareness, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
