They are seeking a Senior Account Manager/Client Lead – Amazon Retail, to support growth and build strong relationships with our client brands. This individual will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand the brand’s business and ensure our solutions align with client goals.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Account Manager/Client Lead – Amazon Retail. You will be responsible for managing tier 1 and 2 client relationships, driving the development and execution of strategic plans, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a proactive and experienced individual with exceptional communication and analytical skills, capable of leveraging data insights to drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure their needs are met.
  • Drive Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for clients, optimizing their presence on eCommerce platforms such as Amazon.
  • Oversee Campaign Performance: Work with internal teams to oversee the execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and delivering positive results.
  • Analyse Sales Performance: Analyse sales performance, interpret e-commerce and category data, identify opportunities, and create actionable insights.
  • Lead Team Collaboration: Work with account managers, content managers, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Manage Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and insights on campaign performance.
  • Proactively Solve Problems: Identify and resolve challenges related to client accounts and e-commerce operations.
  • Coordinate and Present Business Reviews: Develop and manage quarterly and annual plans to drive growth for clients using data-driven insights.
  • Mentor and Guide: Support junior team members in their professional growth and development by providing guidance and feedback.

About You:

  • Customer-Focused: A strong history of engaging with clients and building relationships at all levels, including c-suite stakeholders. Ability to be considered a thought leader in eCommerce and media.
  • Drive for Continuous Development: Eager to learn and upskill others, while sharing best practices with colleagues.
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in client management, preferably within eCommerce or retail media.
  • Advanced Computer Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to internal teams, clients, and partners.
  • Marketplace Expertise: Deep understanding of eCommerce platforms like Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Walmart, and knowledge of their advertising solutions.
  • Data-Driven: Proven ability to use data to drive decisions and improve performance.
  • Positive Attitude and Self-Motivated: A growth mindset, eager to contribute to the success of a fast-growing company.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing/Advertising Agency: A bonus.
