Due to expansion, an exciting position has become available for a Commercial Account Handler join our professional team.

Work closely with our highly experienced team

The key aspects of this role will entail:

Dealing with MTA’s / Adjustments / Declarations etc

Negotiating renewal terms for our existing clients.

You will also be expected to liaise with insurers and underwriters securing the best terms possible, for both new and existing clients.

You will be required to broke both new business cases and renewals, whilst working closely with Account Executives, throughout the process.

You will be required to process payments / DD’s / Premium Finance, for both new and existing clients

You will be expected to deal directly with clients, via phone / email, on a daily basis, in a professional manor

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years experience, in commercial account handling, is essential

You will demonstrate a good understanding of general insurance products such Liability / Fleet / Engineering / Commercial Combined etc.

At least 12 months experience using the Acturis system

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High levels of customer care and service, professional providing quality advice.

Awareness of FCA and other regulations

Ability to work closely and flexibly with other team members

Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity and commitment
