Job summary

Lawes Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Property production support professional to join our LatAM operations, delivering high-quality technical service across the full client lifecycle.

You will prepare slips and documentation, review market materials, and liaise with brokers and markets to progress placements, renewals, and client requests, while ensuring regulatory and Contract Certainty compliance.

Qualifications

• Sound experience in production support, client services or broking support with Property focus.
• Essential property insurance experience and exposure to reinsurance.
• LatAM market experience beneficial; Spanish/Portuguese desirable but not required.
• Experience in fast-paced, client-facing environments with tight deadlines.
• Understanding of regional market dynamics and client interactions.
• Experience managing client accounts through completion and renewals.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional broker support to Property broking teams covering LatAM, preparing renewal statistics and documentation ready for market placement.
• Produce and review market and client documentation, including slips, wordings and clauses across Property insurance and reinsurance.
• Support with drafting client evidence of coverage, including Debit/Credit Notes and all related documentation.
• Submit Slips and LPANs to Bureau (XIS) for signing and utilise London Market portals including the XIS Insurance Portal, IMR and Lineage.
• Resolve technical queries from clients, brokers and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Maintain internal paper and electronic systems, databases and workflows in line with Contract Certainty and regulatory guidelines.
• Use company broking systems to produce documents and accounting entries, ensuring their accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with LatAM markets, clients and colleagues to provide optimal service.
• Continuously review client service delivery to achieve optimal client satisfaction.

• Manage client portfolios through to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.

Job description

My client is seeking an experienced Property professional with a technical support or account handling background across insurance and reinsurance to join as Production Support for their Latin America (LatAM) region.

This is a key position supporting regional broking teams and delivering high-quality technical service across the full client lifecycle.

The successful candidate will play an important role in slip production, risk creation, premium processing and managing client and broker expectations, while contributing to the growth of an expanding international network of offices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

EXPERIENCE

• Sound technical experience in a similar production support, client services or broking support role, with essential Property experience
• Essential experience across both insurance and reinsurance
• Exposure to LatAM business and the wider Latin American market beneficial
• Language skills (Spanish and/or Portuguese) desirable but not essential
• Experience working within a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Good understanding of regional market dynamics and how these impact existing and potential clients
• Experience managing client accounts through to completion
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to strict deadlines
