Qualifications

Job description

We are actively looking for an Account Handler to join our growing Private Clients team. This is a great opportunity to develop your experience and career within High-net-worth insurance. You will be responsible for building rapport with an existing book of clients and working closely with the wider team to achieve objectives.

About you:

• You will have experience developing and building long-lasting relationships with Private or HNW Clients.
• You must have a passion for excellent customer service, as this role involves working with existing clients and supporting their needs.
• You are able to work closely with colleagues to support larger accounts from start to finish, including attending meetings, taking notes, speaking to insurers, and working through renewal presentations and terms.
• You will be tenacious and business curious, allowing you to identify and explore opportunities for clients to drive the best outcomes.
• You are willing to learn, with an opportunity to expand your insurance knowledge and become Cert CII qualified.
• You are consultative, an active listener, and able to fully understand client requirements to advise on suitable products and solutions, always aiming for a 'path to yes'.
