Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients, maintaining and growing relationships
• Handle new business enquiries, renewals, mid-term adjustments, and claims
• Provide expert advice and bespoke insurance solutions across various products
• Achieve retention and growth targets through proactive client engagement
• Work closely with insurers and underwriters to secure competitive terms
• Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and company policies

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar broking or account handler role (essential)
• Strong knowledge of commercial and/or personal lines insurance
• Confident communicator with excellent client relationship skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
• Cert CII qualification (preferred but not essential support provided if you’re working towards it)
