TLDR: This role is ideal for a sharp, curious Account Executive eager to own full sales cycles and close £200k deals with high-trust buyers like dental practice owners and clinical leads. You will be selling a highly regarded healthtech product that improves patient outcomes, with full autonomy, a warm brand, and a shifting pipeline from inbound to outbound sales. Expect big deals, real impact, and a supportive team.

About the role:

We’re hiring for a high-growth healthtech scaleup that is redefining specialist-led care, starting with orthodontics. Their software allows general dentists to deliver aligner treatments in collaboration with certified specialists, transforming outcomes and scaling modern dental practices.

Backed by top-tier VCs like Balderton and having just closed a record quarter, they are looking for a commercially sharp Account Executive to lead mid-market expansion across the UK.

Key responsibilities:

  • Owning the full 360° sales cycle
  • Closing 6 to 8 deals per year with practices of 150 to 200 staff
  • Managing deep, consultative sales over 5 to 6 month cycles
  • Selling a dual-revenue model: SaaS plus usage-based consumption
  • Collaborating with product and clinical operations to enhance customer experience

Ideal candidate:

  • Has 3 to 5+ years of AE experience, preferably in startups or scaleups
  • Is curious, coachable, and eager to master complex sales processes
  • Enjoys building outbound sales motions from scratch (call-heavy environment)
  • Can sell to intelligent but non-technical audiences
  • Possesses grit to manage longer sales cycles and maintain momentum
