The Role: We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Consultant to lead complex engagements with large enterprise clients in the built environment sector. This consultative role requires deep process expertise, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex operational challenges into strategic technology solutions.

What you'll do:

Process Analysis & Strategic Consulting

  • Conduct comprehensive process mapping and analysis across complex enterprise operations
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and optimisation opportunities within existing workflows
  • Design future-state process architectures that leverage our platform capabilities
  • Lead detailed discovery sessions with multiple stakeholder groups to understand intricate business requirements

Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building

  • Navigate complex organisational structures to engage decision-makers across all levels
  • Facilitate workshops and steering committees with diverse stakeholder groups (operations, IT, finance, project management)
  • Build consensus among competing priorities and conflicting requirements
  • Manage stakeholder expectations throughout lengthy implementation cycles
  • Translate complex process requirements into tailored platform configurations
  • Develop comprehensive implementation roadmaps with clear milestones and success metrics
  • Design change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption across large organizations
  • Create detailed business cases that articulate ROI and strategic value
  • Lead consultative sales engagements focused on business transformation outcomes
  • Conduct executive-level presentations that connect technical capabilities to business impact
  • Identify expansion opportunities through deep understanding of client operations
  • Drive revenue growth through our established enterprise pipeline

Cross-Functional Expertise

  • Serve as the primary conduit between client operations and our development team
  • Provide detailed requirements documentation to guide product evolution
  • Train and mentor client teams on process optimisation and platform deployment

What you bring:

  • 5+ years in management consulting, business process analysis, or enterprise solutions consulting
  • Proven track record of mapping and optimising complex business processes in large organisations
  • Experience with enterprise stakeholder management across multiple organisational levels
  • Background in built environment, construction, infrastructure, or related process-heavy industries preferred

Core Competencies:

  • Expert-level process mapping and analysis skills (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies valued)
  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities with proven success navigating complex organisational dynamics
  • Strong consultative approach with ability to challenge client thinking and drive strategic outcomes
