Purpose of The Role:

An integral part of the client service team playing a supportive role to ensure client projects are managed effectively and efficiently. You will be a central cog in the day to day running of client projects and manage internal communications between key teams.

Client Account Management

·An understanding of what is meant by Brand Experiences and how it works within the marketing mix

·Supports delivery of client work by coordinating and completing project management tasks and documentation such as timing plans, status reports, contact reports, budgets and briefing documents.

·Able to identify key milestones within any project and manage timelines accordingly. Ensures deadlines are communicated and met.

·Able to report and evaluate the success of a campaign against associated objectives.

·Demonstrate sufficient presentation skills to set the agenda and lead and client status meetings

·Manages time and workload effectively to deliver against the requirements of the role

Client Development

·Knowledgeable about clients’ business objectives able to translate these into brand experience solutions.

·Seeks to build client relationships at every opportunity

·Plays a support role in pitching

Creative and strategical thinking

·Understanding of the design and creative process

·Able to brief design effectively and collaboratively

·Familiar with brand guidelines and approval processes

·Ability to research and assist creating stimulus for internal and external workshops

·Curious about the world around us, imaginative and willing to share thoughtsand ideas

Financial Management and Commercial Performance

·Tracks against budgets for client campaigns ensuring that things are delivered on time and in budget. Bills everything that can be.

·Demonstrates negotiation skills when working with suppliers to ensure we achieve the best price possible

·Understands the financial process and goes through budgets on a weekly basis to ensure costs are posted correctly and jobs have not gone over budget.

The role is based at our office in Oval with 3 days a week in the office and 2 working from home.
