Description:

An established SaaS vendor within MarTech is seeking an enterprise account executive / account executive to join their team during their next growth phase. This role offers the chance to work with a strong product-to-market fit and a competitive commission plan. Ideal candidates are autonomous, experienced in new business development, and proficient with outbound sales processes supported by technology.

The Role:

Responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, cold calling, social media outreach, and nurturing leads. Utilizes tools like Salesloft, Gong, Zoom, Apollo, Lusha, Clay, etc., to enhance outbound campaigns. Targets and nurtures companies with existing relationships, understanding renewal cycles and leveraging superior technology to convert competitors' clients.

The Candidate:

Proven sales success with a track record of new business wins, preferably in MarTech or Social Media SaaS. Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, STRONGMAN, Miller Heiman, Challenger, or Sandler is advantageous. Must thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, capable of handling the entire sales process, including lead generation and multi-stakeholder negotiations.

The Package:

Competitive salary (£70,000-£90,000) with uncapped commission. Opportunities for professional growth and share options are available based on performance.
