Japanese travel company is looking for an account executive.

  1. Prepare action plans and identify specific targets
  2. Present and sell our services to current and potential clients
  3. Create travel plans in accordance with clients’ requirements
  4. Research the best options for hotels, places to visit, and dining options
  5. Take quotations for flights, entertainment, events, accommodation, meeting rooms, and transfers
  6. Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations, and sales contracts
  7. Follow up with potential clients to secure orders
  8. Negotiate with suppliers to meet clients’ needs for tours
  9. Follow up on payment collection and invoicing
  10. Make sales calls/visits to acquire new clients if needed
  11. Prepare presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, or Word
  12. Possess excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English (native level); Japanese is not necessary but essential
  13. Have experience in the travel industry, especially in Sales and Operations, for at least a few years
  14. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
  15. Ability to develop new business
