3pX Group Holdings Ltd seeks an experienced Sales Executive to drive growth across the UK and Ireland, selling complex software and technology solutions to Police, Law Enforcement, and Government organisations.

You will own the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closing deals, reporting to the UKI Sales Director, with remote work from the UK and regular travel to customers and events across the region.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years selling into UKI Police or Law Enforcement.
• Proven track record with complex software or technology solutions.
• Strong ability to win new business and grow accounts.
• Experience in investigative intelligence, security, government or defence is advantageous.

• Build and convert a strong UKI sales pipeline.
• Win new business across Police, Law Enforcement and Government.
• Grow existing accounts through upselling and adoption.
• Manage complex, consultative sales cycles from prospecting to close.
• Collaborate with marketing, analysts and customer-facing teams.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and sales activity.
