Job summary

3pX Group Holdings Ltd seeks an experienced Sales Executive to drive growth across the UK and Ireland, selling complex software and technology solutions to Police, Law Enforcement, and Government organisations.

You will own the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closing deals, reporting to the UKI Sales Director, with remote work from the UK and regular travel to customers and events across the region.

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive growth across the UK & Ireland.

This is an opportunity for a proven sales professional with experience selling complex software or technology solutions into Police, Law Enforcement or Government organisations.

Reporting to the UKI Sales Director, you’ll own the full sales cycle - from identifying and developing opportunities through to closing new business and expanding existing customer accounts.

What You’ll Do

• Build and convert a strong, qualified UKI sales pipeline.
• Win new business across Police, Law Enforcement and Government.
• Grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling and increased adoption.
• Manage complex, consultative sales cycles from prospecting through to close.
• Work closely with marketing, analysts and customer-facing teams to support customer engagement and growth.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and sales activity.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years’ experience selling into UKI Police or Law Enforcement organisations.
• Proven experience selling complex software or technology solutions.
• A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience across both new business and account management.
• Strong understanding of complex and consultative sales cycles.
• Experience in investigative intelligence, security, Government or Defence is advantageous.

You’ll be comfortable opening doors, navigating complex buying processes, building senior relationships and converting opportunities into long-term customer partnerships. Remote, But Customer-Focused

You’ll work remotely from the UK, with regular travel to customers and industry events across the UK & Ireland, plus occasional international travel.
