Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 2 years of full-set accounting experience.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).

Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts including invoicing, receipt updates, vendor invoice processing, payment arrangements, journal entries, maintenance, bank reconciliation, balance sheet schedules, fixed assets registers, and general ledger

• AR - issue receipt and invoicing to customer

• AP - 2x payment cycle a month (~30payments/month per company), posting of supplier bills/claims/ credit card expenses (around 50 entries to split by project location) and create PV send to supplier

• GL - bank rec, FA, inter company, inventory, bank loan

• Payroll - payroll processing and posting, cpf submission, commission calculation

• Filing - gst, drafting unaudited fsv
