About the job

This position involves selling into high-value Enterprise prospects and existing customers with ARR under $50k. You will play a key role in growing Twilio’s Communication Products business across France. Responsibilities include sourcing new, high-value customers, driving the sales process from internal leads to qualifying prospects, and closing deals.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for new customer acquisition and driving ACV for assigned accounts while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Create pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and manage contracts. Experience selling communications to technical and business audiences, building trust and mutual respect, is preferred.
  • Have a passion for your work, think creatively, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to simplify complex contractual, technical, and financial details.
  • Manage multiple projects and deals simultaneously, balancing priorities effectively.
Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Enterprise Sales experience, with a proven track record of closing complex solutions to enterprise and software companies.
  • Experience in identifying, mapping, and prospecting enterprise accounts.
  • Success in selling complex, technical solutions like cloud communications platforms, APIs, or enterprise software.
  • Experience managing large enterprise clients and exceeding sales targets.
  • Background working with Fortune 500 or similar large enterprises.
  • Proven ability to close high-value deals (six to seven figures) in a quota-driven environment.
  • Expertise in solution-based or consultative selling.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, especially with long sales cycles.
  • Lead generation and prospecting skills across multiple channels.
  • Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders in large organizations.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience selling to both business and technical audiences is a plus.
  • Understanding of the CPaaS ecosystem, APIs, and communication services.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications industry and enterprise technology architecture.

Location

This role is based in the UK.

Travel

Expected travel of at least 25% to connect with customers and colleagues in person.
