Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive Client Services Coordinator to support multiple brands. You will help manage projects from start to finish, coordinating timing plans, cost estimates, and studio briefs, and liaising with internal teams to deliver on client requirements.

You will gather market information, communicate clearly with clients and colleagues, and maintain accurate status and contact reports. The role offers exposure to marketing and communications in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Client Services team across brands and projects.
• Manage small projects from initiation to completion.
• Prepare timing plans, cost estimates and creative briefs.
• Coordinate work through a bespoke job management system.
• Ensure briefs translate into deliverables and meet client requirements.
• Monitor production processes to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Job description

• Support the Client Services team across a variety of established brands
• Manage small projects from start to finish
• Compile timing plans, cost estimates and studio briefs
• Manage work on the bespoke job management system
• Manage projects from understanding Client requirements and briefing creative work through to completed product
• Proactively manage production processes to meet project deadlines
• Compile market-sector information and investigate competitor and market initiatives
• Provide timely and professional client service directly or via the Account Manager
• Compile status reports and contact reports
• Organise and prepare meeting rooms, agendas and presentation materials for client meetings
• Proofread, input data, file documents, and answer incoming calls/emails
• Work across at least two different teams before progressing to Account Manager

Requirements

• Motivated and confident individual with a passion for developing a career in the marketing and communications sector
• Organised and able to multi-task
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to quickly build effective working relationships with different areas of the business and with clients
• Sound knowledge of various social media platforms advantageous
