Job summary

PGLBeyond is hiring an Accounts Executive – Key Accounts to manage and grow our brands ESTO, NST, and PGL portfolios. You will build lasting relationships with customers, tailoring strategies to meet their needs and driving growth across designated accounts.

You will deliver exceptional service from enquiry through to booking, working closely with internal teams to spot opportunities for referrals and demonstrate the value of our Trust collaboration service.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent customer service over phone or email.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time.
• Team player willing to join out-of-hours rota a few times a year.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts across ESTO, NST, and PGL brands to grow portfolio and strengthen relationships.
• Drive growth across designated accounts by creating tailored strategies and proactive outreach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify referrals and promote Trust collaboration services.
• Deliver exceptional service from first enquiry to final booking and beyond.

• Fair pay for all – We are committed to aligning our pay rates with the real Living Wage so our pay rate is £26,227.50 plus commission
• Full Time Permanent Contract
• Office based with flexible working options available at one of our Support Centres in Blackpool or Ross on Wye

In this role, you will represent our full portfolio of brands, ESTO, NST, and PGL, giving you the flexibility to match customers with the solution that best meets their needs, creating stronger relationships and more successful sales outcomes, supporting them from their first enquiry right through to booking and beyond. Your mission? To deliver exceptional service, keep customers connected, and make sure every experience is one they’ll want to repeat.

You’ll take ownership of driving growth across your designated accounts by creating tailored strategies that really make a difference. By staying proactive and building strong partnerships, you’ll play a key part in customer retention and satisfaction.

Working closely with our internal teams, you’ll also spot opportunities for referrals and showcase the benefits of PGL Beyond’s unique Trust collaboration service and our fantastic product portfolio.
