Job Title: Account Executive (AI, SaaS)

Location: Hybrid – 3 days/week in London (Liverpool Street), Salary: £40,000–£50,000 (+ bonuses), Type: Full-time

We’re on a mission to modernise property operations with our everyday AI platform built for Multifamily.

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and commercially driven Account Executive to take ownership of outbound growth and lead the sales cycle from first contact through to conversion. You will be responsible for managing and optimising outbound efforts, directing who we target, how we message, and ensuring quality leads are generated.

Once engaged, you’ll guide prospects through the sales journey — from discovery and demo, to customer activation and ultimately to paid conversion. You’ll work closely with marketing and customer success to ensure a smooth, high-converting process and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage outbound strategy — oversee automation, define targeting, messaging, and workflows
  • Respond to engaged leads and book product demos
  • Lead discovery conversations and tailor demos to specific pain points
  • Convert leads to free-tier accounts and nurture them toward paid upgrades
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve outbound campaigns and lead quality
  • Work with customer success to support onboarding and handoff
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline and performance
  • Share insights from prospects to help refine product positioning and features

Typical Tasks

  • Lead generation through multiple sources including social media, databases, emails, and phone calls
  • Discuss customers' problems and objectives, and how our products can help them reach their goals
  • Book product demos and sign up customers for our free plan, with the view of upgrading them, at a later date onto a paid plan.
  • Input daily sales activity into Hubspot CRM
  • Assist in planning, driving attendance, and organizing customer networking events
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in Sales, Marketing and Product teams

Must have requirements:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development (AI or PropTech a bonus)
  • Experience owning outbound sales activity, including campaigns, tooling, and prospecting
  • Organised and data-driven, with experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM
  • Strong communication skills – confident, articulate, and consultative
  • Ability to quickly understand complex products and explain value clearly
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and travelling to the US for events

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the Multifamily real estate sector
