Hourly Rate: £21.48ph
Duration: This is a temp to perm opportunity
Start Date: Immediate
Holidays: 30 days + 3 day Christmas & 2 wellbeing days
About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead key client accounts. You’ll drive commercial success, deliver high-quality campaigns, and build long-lasting client relationships. You’ll guide and develop your team, ensuring they maximise client potential and uphold creative standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic planning and high-level client conversations.
  • Oversee account profitability, resource allocation, and campaign delivery.
  • Guide and mentor Account Managers and Executives.
  • Spot and grow new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Ensure content aligns with clients’ brand and objectives.
  • Maintain knowledge of social and digital marketing trends.
About You:
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with an eye for detail and commercial awareness.
  • Confident managing high-value projects and challenging client situations.
  • Full UK driving licence and Right to Work in the UK.
  • Desirable: agency or in-house experience (social media preferred).
