This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven professional with a strong background in credit risk, credit data, and risk analytics. The successful candidate will lead client relationships across the EMEA and APAC regions, focusing on retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary relationship manager for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and growth.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of clients' needs and provide tailored solutions utilizing credit data and risk analytics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and maximize client value.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and retention initiatives.
  • Stay informed of market trends to offer strategic insights and advice to clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 6+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales within the financial services sector.
  • Strong expertise in credit risk, credit data, and risk analytics.
  • Proven track record of managing and expanding key client accounts.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working across EMEA and APAC markets.
