Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Guide clients on marketing/communications decisions and identify new opportunities.
• Develop strategic communications plans (annual, quarterly).
• Lead operational efforts and be accountable for financial performance.
• Manage budgets, resourcing, and staffing.
• Ensure quality and timely handling of client requests.
• Partner with service leads to grow the business and develop new opportunities.
• Supervise account staff and promote continuous learning.
