ACCOUNT DIRECTOR – ENTERPRISE SALES

We are seeking an Account Director – Enterprise Sales to acquire, develop, and retain business within a set of partner accounts across the Arrow ECS Vendor Portfolio. The role involves building strong relationships with business areas, regional teams, and vendors to support business objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Maximizing sales of Arrow ECS portfolio into each partner, including all products, solutions, and services.
  2. Articulating the value proposition of Arrow ECS and our solutions.
  3. Developing and executing a Partner Account Plan.
  4. Conducting regular meetings with partners, including QBRs and executive reviews.
  5. Engaging with all contact points within each partner to deepen relationships.
  6. Collaborating with the Sales Operations Team.
  7. Maintaining accurate customer information on all systems.
  8. Maintaining necessary sales/technical accreditations.
  9. Arranging executive sponsor engagement and reviews.

Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience in sales or business development in a relevant sector.
  2. Ability to build strategic business relationships.
  3. Experience interacting with high-level stakeholders.
  4. Strong market knowledge and understanding of distributor value.
  5. Effective communication skills at all levels.
  6. Fluency in English.
