Account Director – Brand Experience & Digital
A highly respected creative agency is seeking an experienced Account Director to join its expanding London-based team. The agency specialises in brand-led live experiences, digital activations, and creative content, delivering work globally across sport, entertainment, and B2B sectors.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategic planning, experiential delivery, and digital communications. You’ll take ownership of key client accounts, act as the senior point of contact, and help deliver outstanding campaigns across events, digital, and brand environments within an exciting client in the energy sector! ?
Responsibilities:
• Lead relationships with major client accounts, becoming their key agency partner across strategy, planning, and delivery.
• Oversee the development of brand activations, digital campaigns, and live events from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with creative, design, and production teams to shape and deliver multi-channel campaigns that align with brand and business objectives.
• Manage event outputs including exhibitions, conferences, trade activations, and product showcases.
• Drive the development of strategic briefs, timelines, budgets, and detailed post-campaign reviews.
• Actively support client growth by identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts or introduce new agency services.
• Work closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers to maintain quality control, brand consistency, and exceptional delivery standards.
• Provide leadership to project and account teams, ensuring workloads are appropriately resourced and executed efficiently.
• Contribute to agency-wide initiatives including new business, financial reporting, and operational improvements.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a senior client services role within the events or creative industries, ideally 5+ years.
• Confident leading integrated campaigns across both physical and digital touchpoints.
• Strong commercial acumen, capable of managing budgets, timelines, and profitability effectively.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of building long-term client relationships and growing key accounts.
• Experienced in briefing, shaping, and overseeing creative and content production, including web projects, brand toolkits, and campaign assets.
• Understanding of web design best practices, UX/UI, and CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) is desirable.
• Excellent communicator who can liaise confidently with clients, internal teams, and external partners at all levels.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
• A positive, solutions-focused attitude, with the ability to motivate teams and energise complex projects.
• Flexible to travel for client meetings, site visits, or event delivery when required.
