Job Description:

Major Players are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Director to join an innovative creative agency based in Surrey. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between the agency and a leading client in the insurance industry.

In this role, you will divide your time between the Surrey creative hub, the client's central London office, and remote work. Your goal is to facilitate seamless collaboration, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver outstanding creative solutions aligned with the client's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that support both the client's business goals and our creative agency's vision.
  • Work closely with our creative team to ensure all deliverables are innovative, on-brand, and of the highest quality standards.
  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of the insurance sector to provide strategic insights and guide campaign development.
  • Use your interpersonal skills to manage expectations, communicate effectively, and navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a senior account management role, preferably within a creative agency or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B high-risk insurance sector.
  • Ability to quickly build relationships with key stakeholders, especially the client's Marketing Director and other senior leaders.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in managing workloads across multiple locations in a hybrid work setting.
