Account Director role at 21GRAMS London

Over the last 5+ years, 21GRAMS has been on a mission to bring a soulful, meaningful, and human approach to healthcare branding. We now seek an account director with solid client services experience and a passion for great work to join our London team, leading client strategy engagements, overseeing projects, and driving new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • A LEADER OF UNREASONABLE HOSPITALITY: Be your team’s go-to for client service excellence, inspiring them to exceed client expectations.
  • A CREATIVE AND BUSINESS PARTNER: Collaborate with strategy, creative, insight, medical, and activation teams on marketing challenges, from tactical needs to long-term brand development, applying innovative thinking.
  • A QUALITY CONTROLLER: Ensure all work meets high standards.
  • AN INSPIRING TEACHER: Develop your team and clients through strategic thought leadership, fostering skills and success.

  • Relevant higher education degree

  • Proven work ethic with high-quality, on-time, on-budget deliverables
  • Experience developing project scopes and vendor contracts

Our working model, Real HART, combines in-office and remote work, emphasizing collaboration and flexibility. We have offices in New York, Chicago, Boston, San Francisco, Carmel (IN), Manchester, Edinburgh, and London. For those near an office, in-office attendance is expected two days a week.
