Job summary

ThePlaceToBe, a Leeds-based creative agency, is seeking a Senior Account Manager/Account Director to lead relationships with senior retail clients and manage integrated campaigns from brief to delivery.

You will engage with Creative, Strategy and Production teams, presenting strategic recommendations and ensuring budgets, timelines and commercial performance are met. This role demands strong client-facing skills and a proven track record in agency environments.

About the role…

As Account Director, you'll be a key client contact, building strong relationships and leading integrated creative campaigns from brief through to delivery. You'll spend plenty of time in front of clients, understanding their challenges, shaping briefs and working closely with Creative, Strategy and Production to deliver standout work.
