We are currently recruiting for a National Account Director to work on a B&I contract with 9 sites across Edinburgh, Newcastle, Leeds, London, and Brighton.
This is a national role, based remotely with travel to sites. Working hours are Monday to Friday.
You will share our passion for excellent service, food, and drink. You should be a natural leader and innovator, experienced in fast-paced, customer-facing environments, capable of building and inspiring teams, and communicating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders (G&G regional teams, clients, client representatives, and Mitie). The role focuses on sales growth and cost efficiency, as it is a nil-cost contract.
As Account Director, you will coordinate with three Gather & Gather regional teams responsible for service delivery and improvements. Strong communication skills are essential to make a positive impact and motivate colleagues.
You will engage with key stakeholders to manage client relationships, liaise with regional operations to meet contract obligations, and contribute to broader business initiatives.
