Role Overview

As an Accommodation Supervisor, you will support the Housekeeping Department by ensuring the hotel's cleanliness and upkeep. Your responsibilities include:

• Allocating duties to team members
• Performing inspections of check-out and occupied rooms
• Reporting maintenance issues
• Inspecting service areas and corridors
• Scheduling deep cleaning and projects
• Training and managing Room Attendants and team members
• Managing stock control and equipment maintenance
• Providing excellent guest service, including VIP and special requests
• Upholding hotel brand standards

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous supervisory experience in Housekeeping
• Proven team management skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest service
• Preferred proficiency with Microsoft Office
