The University of Leeds is seeking an Accommodation Assistant to support students in their accommodation needs. The role involves handling enquiries and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the student experience. Interviews are expected to be held July 17th, and will take place in person and on University campus
This role will be based on the University campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Residential Services provides accommodation for around 8,500 University of Leeds students in self-catered and catered sites both on and off campus. We are an innovative service with a clear vision to provide some of the country's best student accommodation.
We are seeking an Accommodation Assistant to be responsible for dealing with enquiries from prospective and existing residents; providing customer support in writing, over the phone and in person. Committed to delivering a high level of customer service in a busy office environment in order to improve the student experience for residents, we are a team passionate about going above and beyond for our student residents.
