What you will be doing...

• Hiring, welcoming, and training a top-notch cleaning team.
• Ensuring the team is adequately staffed and trained to meet cleanliness standards efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Planning and executing weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational plans, using data analysis to develop the team.
• Implementing performance improvement processes and managing budgets for laundry and consumables.
• Providing ongoing training and development opportunities for your team.
• Ensuring your team has the necessary tools and supplies to perform their duties effectively.
• Using guest feedback to identify improvement areas and implementing changes for better guest experiences.
• Maintaining high cleaning standards and ensuring all areas are spotless.
