Mitie, a leading facilities management company, invites applications for an Accommodation & Logistics Coordinator based at our Matfen head office near Newcastle. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with responsibilities including booking staff accommodation, answering calls, and maintaining client and employee communications.

The successful candidate will work in a collaborative team, use MS Office programmes, and manage spreadsheets and databases.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join RHI Industrials Ltd, a successful security company who specialise in Security / Access Control Systems to some of the UK's largest Utility companies across the UK, to join as an Accommodation & Logistics Coordinator and help to develop the business during an exciting phase of growth. The successful candidate will be working at our Head Offices in Matfen, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE20 0RQ. The offices are located around 15 mins from Hexham and 30 minutes from Newcastle City Centre.

This role is a full time, 40hrs a week position.

Essential Competencies

• IT literate with good typing skills and confident using a range of Microsoft Office programmes including Outlook, Word and Excel.

• Must be willing to help out their admin colleagues during periods of heavy workload.
