Job Summary

Salary: £23,355 - £24,832 per annum (£12.83 - £13.64 per hour)

Location: Flush Park, Lisburn

Hours: Rotational shift pattern (average 35 hours/week), including evenings, weekends, and waking nights. Typically, three 12.5-hour shifts per week.

Job Purpose

Provide effective 24-hour support to clients in hostels, family, and remote support units.

Essential Criteria

• Demonstrate core values: non-judgmental, supportive, trustworthy, dedicated.
• IT skills: email, internet, databases.
• NISCC Registered (or willing to register) and willing to undergo Access NI checks.

Desirable Criteria

• Six months' recent experience supporting people with complex needs in residential or community settings.
• Experience in areas like homelessness prevention, substance misuse, offending, mental health, or youth services.
• Experience in identifying support needs and risk management.
• Degree in or studying for a Degree in Social Work.
