Longleat Enterprises Ltd is seeking a guest-facing Housekeeper to join our Luxury Accommodation team on the Longleat Estate. You will uphold premium standards, support guests to have a safe, informed and memorable stay, and help deliver flawless front-line service.

You will manage cleaning tasks, service hot tubs, prepare linen, and assist with entry audits while working to fixed timeframes. A full manual driving license, reliability, and a proactive, detail-focused approach are essential, with

Responsibilities

• Clean and perform housekeeping duties including changeover cleaning and bed making.
• Clean, test and maintain hot tubs.
• Organise and prepare linen packs for properties.
• Work to specified timeframes to ensure efficiency.
• Carry out pre-check in health and safety audits for each property.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness in accommodation and storage areas.
• Perform proactive maintenance checks and report issues.
• Deliver weekly and monthly checks for thorough property examination.
• Coordinate property issues with stakeholders to minimise guest disruption.

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Accommodation team, working within our Luxury accommodation across the Longleat Estate. This is a vital role, ensuring front line delivery of our guest experience is at a premium standard. Responsible for ensuring standards are upheld, and supporting our guests to have a positive, informed, safe and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• To clean and carryout various housekeeping duties including changeover cleaning, sparkle cleaning and bed making
• To clean, test and maintain Hot Tubs
• To organise and prepare linen packs for properties
• To work to a given timeframe when cleaning each accommodation to ensure efficiency
• Pre-check in audits for each property to health and safety is upheld at required standard for each property
• Monitor and maintain high levels of cleanliness in accommodation, storage areas, linen rooms, and all other working areas
• Proactive maintenance checks, low level maintenance jobs and report through reporting channels.
• Delivery of weekly and monthly checks for thorough examination of each property both internally and externally.
• Co-ordinating any problems relating to the properties with the required stakeholders to ensure all issues are responded to in a timely manner, minimizing any disruption to the guests stay and experience at Longleat.

About You

• You’ll have a Full manual Driving License
• Cleaning experience
• A good level of IT Literacy
• Experience working in customer service
• Be a proactive thinker committed to excellence
• Be efficient, ability to multi-task with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to use initiative and work independently without direct supervision

Your contract

You’ll be employed on a zero hour fixed term contract ending January 2027.
